As CEO, Jack’s focus is on improving the performance of the lighting business for the benefit of customers, employees and the local community. He believes that the lighting industry deserves sustainable investment. Jack has established himself as a strong and successful leader, becoming CEO in 2008 and leading the growth of the J&S lighting business in Guangzhou, China.

Prior to this role, he was a committed leader and an easy-going mentor to all of J&S Lighting. Today, he is overseeing the creation of new light fitting and packaging possibilities, he is building a supply chain to better serve our customers, and he is leading the local economy through significant organic and acquisition-based growth.

Kawin Liu joined Roetell in 2015 as COO, bringing over 5 years of supply chain experience in the lighting industry. Elevan foresees the future of brands in the lighting industry and, most importantly, meets the rapidly changing needs of our customers.

Since joining J&S, Elevan has built a complete supply chain for the lighting industry and implemented strong management focused on faster product supply. In his words – we have a responsibility to bring better lighting products to the people of the world, and to increase the value of lighting brands around the world.

Josey Lee

Josey Lee joined J&S in 2018 as General Manager, taking responsibility for improving efficiency and increasing profits while managing the company’s overall operations. In this role, she is responsible for overall and global oversight of sales efforts.

As an industry veteran, Josey Lee manages the team to achieve sustainable and scalable revenue growth. She brings strategic thinking and a value selling framework to drive collaboration and alignment across the J&S team. With service at its core, her team has always been able to attract new clients and provide them with first-class service in the glass industry.
